General Information · He is a designated senior advocate by high court practicing the law profession in high court and supremecourt of India for the last 35 years focusing constitutional matters. He is recognized as constitutional expert. · He is well known and has carried a very good reputation amongst all lawyer communities in the state of Rajasthan specially the lawyers in the Pali Lok Sabha area. · He also conducted cases of very highly placed politicians in the state as well as on the national level and remained consultant of these politicians who recognize him and value his high level intelligence, integrity, honesty, and reputation. · In the year 1989, he was offered the ticket for Lok Sabha by prominent leaders, one of which was the late Chaudhary Devi Lal, Chief Minister of Haryana and the late Nathu Ram Mirdha during a dinner hosted at his residence along with some of the prominent cabinet ministers of Haryana. However, P.P. Chaudhary refused this ticket on the reason that he was of the view that before coming into politics at such a young age, one has to establish themselves financially and socially and focus on the responsibilities of the family first. · In 1990 he was appointed as Central Government Advocate by the President of India to conduct the cases of government of India in High Court in Jodhpur and in this capacity he continued for 10 years with excellent performance and an unblemished record. · In 1997 his name was recommended for High Court Judge unanimously by the Rajasthan High Court due to his record as an outstanding lawyer even though he was below the age requirement of 45 years at that time. · He has been associated with RSS since 1961 even before being admitted to school. He was sent to school by RSS and is currently connected on the highest level due to his honestly and transparent actions. He has conducted the cases of people connected with RSS at highest level. Farmers Rights · Having grown up in a farming community in Rajasthan, P.P. farmed until he was 25 years old and maintains his farmland and keen interest in farming up until this day. He understands firsthand the challenges that farmers face and the importance of advocating for their rights. · In order to advance the rights of farmers, he has actively worked for the cause of farmers in state of Rajasthan through “kissan maha panchayat” and other farmers related platforms. · He has continued this work by focusing on the cause of farmers of state of Rajasthan in high court and is planning to file a public interest litigation in the supreme court for providing minimum support price to farmers of India for their products. · He conducted the cases of farmers of Pali lok sabha area free of cost especially for the cases related to farmers of jawai command area (Pali), of Jaswant sagar dam (bilara), sardar samand dam (Pali) area and Raipur dam (Pali) area. He is also consultant of farmers unions, especially the farmers affected by acquisition of their land on account of widening of highways in pali lok sabha area etc. He is espousing the cause of farmers for payment and compensation at higher than the market rate on account of acquisition of their land. He is very well recognized in the farming community. Teachers, Gram Sewak, Patwaris, and Society Managers · He has conducted the cases of 60,000 para teachers up to supreme court. After the supreme court judgment these teachers got the jobs of state government during the Chief Minister of Vashundharaji. He is well known and recognized among the teacher communities as he conducted the cases of all classes (lowest to highest) of teachers unions. · He is very popular among service classes (Govt. Employees) as he conducted the cases of various unions of employees including the employees of Patwaris, Gramsewaks (panchayat secretaries), Managers of cooperative societies and cases related to cooperatives department. Self-Government Institutions and Autonomous Bodies: Sarpanchas, Pradhans, Zila Pramukhs, Chairman of Municipality, Chairman Cooperative Bank/ Society, etc. · He has gained notoriety amongst Sarpanchas, Pradhans, Zila Pramukhs and members of panchayati raj institutions including municipality and the cooperative department as he has conducted their cases in high court in last 35 years. · He has so far conducted around 20,000 cases of all communities benefitting laks of people and is very popular and well recognized in all communities of Pali lok sabha area. He has also conducted cases for poor people of all communities especially of Pali lok sabha area. · He is very popular in the Pali lok sabha constituency specially in Bilara, Bhopalgarh and Osian area where he has worked during the elections since 1971. Top Priority of Education · He was unanimously elected as Rashtriya president of Akhil Bhartiya Seervi Mahasabha. It was created in the year 1939 but did not earn recognition within the community for the last 70 years. However, under the able management and planning of P.P. Sahib it has reached a splendid and unprecedented height within a period of 6 months from the date of his election. He is currently working day and night to improve and uplift the educational status of members of the community, especially women. He has also evolved its new constitution which now provides provision for reaching to every family of the community for redressal of their grievances. For this purpose, he has toured the seven states where seervi community resides i.e. Rajasthan (Pali), Karnataka, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Gujrat, and Tamil Nadu. In all these states, he has formed the Prantiya committees and Praganas. Around 7,500 community members will participate in the uplifting of our community in all walks of life. He has an unparalleled great vision and managerial capability. He has great dream for the community especially for female education. For this work, he is very popular and well recognized in the community in all states. · He has focused on advocating for female education in the form of providing free housing accommodation in cities and scholarships to assist families in giving their women the opportunity to seek higher education. He is also working towards creating institutions for higher education within his home state of Rajasthan to increase the educational opportunities of community members. · In accord with his top priority for education, he sent his both the sons to school in Rishi Valley, a premier educational institution. Thereafter they proceeded to receive outstanding college educations in the United States after which they were both appointed to work in a world class investment bank, Deutche Bank in New York City.
