Ship of success reached home

If your ship doesn’t come in, swim out to meet it!” Well said by English author Jonathan Winters. However all humans by instinct are intended to wait for the ship of success to come in and meet us. Whereas on other side a very few really swim out to get the desired ship of success and this has been rightly proven by our college mate Kana Ram Ji, From Sisarwada Village (Sojat Road, Pali). This little man always had ability to challenge the status quo and had intention to make a different move in the society. We used to pull his leg by saying him a dwarf fellow however he used to replay saying “Mai jitna bahar nai dikhta utna zaamen mai hu” (I am underground more then what you see outside) and of course now I hope he has come out of the ground a bit but sure that still he is more underground and lot of accomplishments are yet to come. I would like to make this statement in general that Kana Ram Ji’s selection in IAS (54th rank) is a dream which has come true for Seervi Society as a whole. This is a quotable example of success in our society for all the students and members of society where I would say it doesn’t matter how many constraint a person has, if you have determination, endurance and a consistent leap towards your goal, No one can stop you from achieving what you have desired. Of course I have seen all mentioned characters with lot of other supported personality traits in him which actually reflects image of a mature man with lot of virtue. He was hard working and self learner from the time he joined Jai Narayan Vyas University in 2004 for B.Sc. We used to see him in the room most of the time in the I year of B.Sc. however II and III year of B.Sc. was full of energy and enthusiasm where we used to talk about our career and mingled with each other. He made his interest in administration services and start preparing for it from there itself. I remember the days when we used to listen BBC Hindi every evening and usually discuss topic on India and international concern in general to understand the impact on social, political and economic environment. Kana Ram Ji always had fourth or fifth opinion (One, two or three all people have it) on any of the topic discussed. He also has great decision making ability where he assesses all pros and cones of the second best alternatives in much organised manner. I would like to wish him all the best from whole B.Sc. Seervi hostel Batch, 2004 and pray for his bright future and may god bring lots and lots of accomplishments in his way to come.
